Client Experience Specialist
Breda Telephone Corporation d/b/a Western Iowa Networks is looking for a full-time Client Experience Specialist for the Carroll, IA office.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with questions on Western Iowa Networks’ products & services.
- Answer any general questions regarding services and troubleshoot Western Iowa Networks’ products and services.
- Assist customers with questions on their billing accounts.
- Sell and upsell services to new and existing customers.
- Enter orders and trouble tickets into a proprietary billing system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new customers, existing customers, and potential customers.
- Answer telephones and handle calls promptly.
- Direct calls and customer questions to appropriate department.
- Telemarket for prospective customers.
Experience/Skills required:
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Retail Sales Preferred
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Beneficial
- Experience with eLation Preferred
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required
- Some travel required
