AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program to help low-income households pay for Internet service and connected devices.

If your household is eligible, you can receive:

  • Up to a $30/month discount on your monthly invoice for Internet service.  This benefit is available to new, prior, or existing Western Iowa Networks customers.  The Customer is responsible for any amount over $30 per month for the Internet service plan, along with any other taxes, fees, or surcharges.

The ACP benefit is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.  

There are 2 steps to sign up for the Affordable Connectivity Program.

1.) Qualify

Apply now to confirm you qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program. You may be eligible to get Lifeline based on your income or participation in a government assistance program.

2.) Sign Up For Services

After you qualify, call WIN at 888-508-2946 and have the discount applied to your bill.  The benefit cannot be applied to past bills.

LIFELINE PROGRAM

Lifeline is a federal program with the goal of making phone and internet service more affordable for low-income households. Eligible consumers qualify for a monthly discount of up to $9.25.

There are 2 steps to sign up for the Lifeline Program.

1.) Qualify

Apply now to confirm you qualify for the Lifeline Program. You may be eligible to get Lifeline based on your income or participation in a government assistance program.

2.) Sign Up For Services

After you qualify, call WIN at 888-508-2946 and sign up for service. If you are already a WIN customer, you can also have us apply your Lifeline benefit to a service you are already getting.  The benefit cannot be applied to past bills.
