
In our ongoing effort to improve your service, we've consolidated our billing process. You receive one statement that covers all of your monthly services from Western Iowa Networks. And you can pay electronically, by mail or by stopping in.
Ordering a new service or making a change to your current service is now even easier. Just complete one of the forms below for the service you want and we'll contact you to finalize the order. When you hit submit, your order will be emailed directly to our customer service team. Just tell us the best time to call and what number we can reach you.

How to Pay Your Bill
Your bill will be sent on the last working day of each month and is due by the 10th of each month. A bill is considered past due after the 10th of the month. A convenient return envelope is included with your bill. Should this envelope become lost or damaged, mail your payment to our main office, PO Box 190, Breda, IA 51436. Please write your telephone number on your check or money order and enclose the return portion of your bill. Sending cash through the mail is never a good idea.

For your convenience, you can drop off your bill payment at our deposit boxes loated in Breda and Carroll.
WIN Auto Pay
If you'd rather not write checks or have to make trips to our office because you might be late in paying, choose WIN Auto Pay. It automatically withdraws the amount of your bill from your checking or savings account. You still receive a bill in the mail every month; the only difference is that it has "Bank Deduct-Do Not Pay" printed on the summary page. To enroll, simply complete this application form and return to us with the following:
- A voided check, if using a checking account to pay.
- Or a savings deposit slip, if paying from your savings account.
